This product group especially comprises carbon black and carbon black dispersions which are primarily used for printing colours, ink, lacquers or for colouring plastics – this in particular as UV protection.

Since the printed sheets are very thin and/or partially transparent, many other applications are found in the refractories and decor paper sector, where they are used as functional, chromophoric fillers.
